ACCMAN Institute of Management
2016 marks the 10th year of establishment of ACCMAN Institute of Management, which was set up in 2006 by Balibhadra Foundation, New Delhi. The Institute was set up with an aim to provide high quality, industry focused and globally relevant education at affordable cost. The real strength of ACCMAN has been its ability to effectively bridge the gap between theory, as taught in classrooms, and practice, as practised in the real world of business.
Over the years, the Institute has concentrated on improving the employability of students by making them 1st-day 1st-hour productive for the organizations that they would join after graduating from ACCMAN, and testimony of its success are the over 1000 strong alumni who are working in more than a hundred leading companies in India and abroad holding important positions and creating value for their organizations and the nation.
For institutions, which are supposedly built for eternity, 10 years may not be a very long time but the first 10 years are surely the most important formative years when the core values of the institute shape up. In the past ten years, the Institute has seen many glorious moments when its students and faculty made it proud with their achievements, and also quite a few heartbreaking moments. It has also successfully weathered the difficult years of the past few years to turn the tide.
As a Chinese proverb aptly puts it—“The gem cannot be polished without friction, nor man perfected without trials”. What is true for man is also true for institutions. It is only by facing difficulty times with courage that character is built. Today, ACCMAN has emerged as a stronger institution with character, mettle and a unique value system based on mutual respect, honesty, integrity, the courage of conviction and the courage to take accountability. And this is indeed something glorious.
POST GRADUATE DIPLOMA IN MANAGEMENT (PGDM)
2 year – full time residential programme
The PGDM program offered by ACCMAN is a transformational process seeking to create management professionals with multi-dimensional competencies for the existing and emerging business domains involving rigorous courses, projects, internship, leadership interactions, immersions and other components, co-created with leading industry partners.
The program demands and encourages students to explore, connect with and develop expertise in the multiple aspects of corporate life that a manager is required to deal with in an environment that is characterized by continuous change and uncertainty.

ACCMAN’s PGDM has been well-received by both– the industry as well as the academia, and students graduating from the program are in high demand among a diverse range of companies in different industries. Today ACCMANIANS are working in over 112 reputed companies all over the country and abroad in responsible positions.
FEE STRUCTURE FOR ACADEMIC SESSION (2016-18)
The gross annual fee for two years is Rs. 5.20 lac. However, with a liberal scholarship policy, the effective fee that students have to pay will come down to Rs. 4.00 lac for all girl students and all students with 60% or more marks in Class X, XII and Graduation . Scholarships are also available for those with work experience and students with less academic scores.

ACCMAN gives utmost importance to placement of students and the top management is actively involved in engaging industry at the highest level. Placement activities at the institute are coordinated by Corporate Resource Interface Centre, which is a unique initiative of ACCMAN aimed at providing comprehensive career & placement support for students and alumni. It acts as the nodal point for all skill development and placement related activities. Through year-round programs of lectures, workshops, seminars & conferences, it tries to build in the students the competencies and skill-sets that are valued by prospective employers.
The process of final placements and summer placements commences from November each year. Selected corporate are invited to the campus for holding Pre-Placement Talks and interaction with the students for both final and summer placements.
